Course Overview

This 8-hour course covers the fundamentals of injury assessment and trauma care, focusing on the immediate response to a victim’s injuries. BCLS 1 begins with the basics, gradually progressing to more advanced techniques for managing trauma in high-stress environments. The course is suitable for all experience levels, with no prior medical training required. Students will learn vital life-saving techniques, from recognition and triage to comprehensive injury treatment.
