Critical Skills Sustainment

Law Enforcement officers are subjected to a variety of challenging and potentially threatening situations in which their split-second decisions are based on a number of variables. One of the many variables likely to govern the potential outcome is that of the individual officer's level of training and confidence in his or her ability to perform the necessary task.

Our Critical Skills Sustainment program is aimed at identifying, developing, and sustaining the knowledge and skillsets required of each officer to better perform their job. Departments may select from our list of standardized courses or work with our staff in determining training priorities and to ensure all training complies with Department policy.
